We pack and ship paid orders within two business days of placing the order (this does not apply to pre-order products). Orders within the EU are shipped via UPS.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery time from dispatch date are determined after selecting your country of delivery at checkout.

All items are shipped securely in a cardboard box.

Delivery is free for orders over EUR 150.

LUCY products are also available in-store at Francis & Henry at 10 Bagatela Street, Warsaw. The showroom is open Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
